The Knife strives to be the ultimate meeting place in Norrköping, not only for dinners but also for after-work, Friday cocktails or just a glass of wine with friends. Our atmosphere is characterized by a light and pleasant feeling. It is reflected in our venue, music selection, staff attire and the way the chefs present the food.
The name The Knife was carefully chosen to reflect our breadth of menu and drinks. From the beginning, we wanted a name that directly conveyed the type of food we serve, but after realizing our desire for dynamism in the menu and diversity in the offer, the choice fell on The Knife. The chefs will use a particularly impressive knife to cut meat, and to reinforce the connection with the name, we will also serve some dishes with elegantly selected knives.
